The strong south-west facing slope, the unique view as well as the location at the edge of the forest are the characteristics of the property. To stage these characteristics and make them usable for inspiring living was the intention of the design.

A good third of the property is cut in at the access road. This cut is flanked by two retaining walls. That in the west connects directly to that of the neighboring house, while that in the east is cut at an angle with the slope and runs through the whole house up towards the forest.

In the center, one enters the house and reaches a spacious entrance, at the end of which the elevator is accessible or a free, single-flight staircase that leads one back to the light and to the first infrastructure floor. The slope is cut here only more to a quarter, in order to light the development as well as the office area naturally. The utility rooms are entirely buried except for a narrow skylight slot and the multimedia room. The residential floor is organized in two wings, with a "living wing" and a "sleeping wing", which are connected by

the joint of the open kitchen, enclosing a terrace protected from wind and sun, where the outdoor dining table is placed - just in front of the kitchen and dining area. An uninterrupted view of Hohensalzburg Fortress is guaranteed from all zones - even the freestanding bathtub is aligned with this view axis! At the same time, however, the terrain and the forest can be felt across the kitchen area. The roof of the living wing is folded upwards at an angle, allowing access to the roof level via another staircase.

On the second level, a diverse living landscape develops: spacious roof terraces, a covered dining area, a fireplace, the bathhouse integrated on this level, a natural water pool including infinity edge and green roof areas are available as well as a horizontal garden area that rejoins the natural terrain at its northern end.
