The NEUE MITTE HAGENBERG is located at the junction of the castle grounds, software park, residential development, and public enterprises, and sees itself as the intersection of these key areas of the town.

The new building is therefore generated from the aforementioned references, but at the same time aims to actively strengthen the interconnections and links between the areas addressed.
The building's V-shaped structure and facade lines reflect the orientation of the adjacent buildings. The height of the building is based on the neighboring properties and remains two stories high in relation to the allocated open space.
The NEW CENTER HAGENBERG will therefore present itself on its different levels, determined by the topography, as a diverse landscape that can be experienced and explored on foot.
